What are your hours of operation?+

We are open Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. We observe national and public holidays and send an advance notice calendar to all enrolled families.

What is the minimum age for enrollment?+

We accept children as young as 6 weeks old in our Infant Care program. Each program has specific age guidelines — please check the Programs section above.

Do you offer a trial or settling-in period?+

Yes! We encourage a gentle settling-in process. Your child can start with shorter sessions in the first week to build comfort before transitioning to full days.

Are meals and snacks provided?+

We provide nutritious, USDA-approved snacks and meals. Our menu is designed by a child nutrition specialist and accommodates most food allergies.

What is the staff-to-child ratio?+

We maintain strict low ratios: 1:3 for infants, 1:4 for toddlers, and 1:6 for preschool. Every child receives personal attention throughout the day.
